My Ikeda Anaba 4×5 with its Schneider 180mm lens.
On my way back from the gym this week I saw this amazing cloudy sunset. I decided to revisit the park where the serendipity teepee stands and see if I could get a dramatic shot of it against the sky. The clouds were moving rapidly and the brightness of the sky against the earth left only a silhouette option. I turned my attention from the teepee for a minute and saw this bench about to be in just the right area for the sun burst. It was cold so I only grabbed this one image. If there is a purgatory I would imagine one would need somewhere to sit so he could gaze at the heaven’s.
And here is what I went there for. Not sure which I like better, Black and White or color. The bench sits to the left a little higher on the hill.
